We offer a concierge service consisting of house cleaning, carpet cleaning, lock re-key and repair/upgrade services. Vendor service is at owner expense but there are no service charges to the company for coordination of vendors to get property ready for lease.

Multi-channel advertising locally and nationally, premium listing services, and qualified showings seven days a week, utilizing marketing mediums that range from social media, online advertising, print media, direct mail, video board and local signage. Professional Photos/Videos Included.

We screen all applicants. Our software conducts a background and credit check as well as rental history (when reported).  We offer a variety of payment options ACH, credit/debit card or a Pay Near Me location.

Mobile tenant applications, electronic leases, online payments and maintenance requests available all through their own online tenant portal.

We do a move-in video, a 6 month walk through of the property as well as the move out and lease renewal inspections.  Pet occupied properties will get a 3 month and 9 month inspection.
